Greg Giusti one of RFFI's founding Board members and a guiding voice in our development for over twenty years. Greg is the recently retired Director of UC Extension for Lake and Mendocino Counties focusing on forest and wildlife ecology.

Erin Kelly is an Associate Professor at Humboldt State University. Erin has researched the interface between policy and land management, focusing on the California cap-and-trade market and its implications for forest landowners. Other research projects include job creation in the restoration economy, landowner attitudes toward oak woodland restoration, and the political viability of utilizing biomass for energy production. Her courses include forest policy, economics, and administration, and the shifting economics of rural communities in Northern California.
