Meet Patrick Fitzgerald, RFFI’s New Administrative Assistant

RFFI is pleased to introduce Patrick Fitzgerald, Redwood Forest Foundation’s new Administrative Assistant.  Patrick will support RFFI’s CEO, our donor programs, Board committees, special events, and provide general office assistance to everyone on the RFFI and USAL Redwood Forest Company team.  Patrick joins RFFI with years of administrative support experience in the non-profit sector; administering membership and donor programs for Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, assisting the Health Leadership Network with grant funded project coordination across multiple public agencies in Lake County, and serving as Department Manager for the workshop and events program at Harbin Hot Springs.

“As a South Bay Area native, I grew up enjoying countless family outings to the Sierra and Santa Cruz Mountains. Joining RFFI, it occurs to me, I am reestablishing my forest connection. My father, who taught me how to fish, and made certain we never went too long without a trip to the woods, would certainly approve.  Given the present need to mitigate climate change, I am especially happy to join the RFFI/URFC team and support good works in the forest – an environment at the heart of my fondest memories.”
