An Oral History of the Redwood Forest Foundation

RFFI’s Oral History Project serves to document and highlight the rich history of the Redwood Region, the Usal Redwood Forest, and the Foundation itself through expansive, long-form interviews with many of the influential and often colorful characters that have led the way. We believe that the values and principles of environmental responsibility and stewardship must continually sprout anew. Through remembrance and storytelling, we can facilitate the transfer of wisdom and cultivate a new age of stewards.

Made possible through generous support from the Community Foundation of Mendocino County &
the Charles F. Flinn and Walker B. Tilley Fund for Sustainable Forestry.
